Yeyian Standard Limited Warranty

At Yeyian Gaming, we design gaming PCs, components, and accessories built for performance and reliability. To ensure customer confidence, all Yeyian products are backed by a limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship during normal use.

Warranty coverage varies depending on the product category. Below you can find the standard Yeyian warranty periods for our gaming hardware and accessories..




Warranty Terms

Yeyian Gaming provides a limited warranty for its products beginning on the date the product is delivered after purchase from an authorized Yeyian retailer or reseller.


This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable local law.


Yeyian warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the duration of the applicable warranty period.


Any product replaced by Yeyian Gaming under warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, unless otherwise required by applicable local law. Products provided as replacements outside of standard warranty coverage will include a thirty (30) day warranty period from the date of shipment.


The length of the warranty period varies depending on the specific product. Warranty information may be found on the product packaging, within the user documentation, or in the warranty coverage list provided below. If multiple warranty periods are listed for the same product, the longest applicable warranty period will apply.




Gaming Accessories & Peripherals Warranty

Most Yeyian gaming accessories and peripherals include a 1-year limited warranty. This coverage applies to products such as mechanical keyboards, gaming mice, mouse pads, webcams, microphones, DRAM memory modules, backpacks, gaming chairs, SSDs and audio devices including headsets and headphones.


This warranty protects customers against manufacturing defects and ensures reliable performance during normal product use.




PC Components Warranty

Several Yeyian PC components include extended warranty coverage to support long-term system reliability. PC chassis, air coolers, case fans, and monitor panels are covered by a 2-year limited warranty, while AIO liquid coolers and gaming monitors include a 3-year limited warranty.


These warranty periods help ensure that key components in your gaming setup maintain optimal performance over time.




Power Supply Warranty

Warranty coverage for Yeyian power supplies depends on the product series:

  • Thunder Series Power Supplies: 1-Year Limited Warranty

Gaming PC Warranty & Yeyian Shield

All Yeyian prebuilt gaming PCs include a standard limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period as follows:

  • 1-Year all other parts

For customers seeking additional protection, Yeyian Shield offers an optional extended warranty plan available for purchase. Yeyian Shield extends coverage beyond the standard warranty and provides additional protection for your gaming system, helping ensure long-term performance and peace of mind.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from, including but not limited to, the following:


  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use
  • Any modification, misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, misapplication, or unauthorized repair or disassembly
  • Improper installation, operation, or maintenance, including use not in accordance with the product instructions or documentation provided by Yeyian
  • Connection to improper power sources or voltage supplies
  • Damage caused by external factors not related to defects in materials or workmanship
  • Products used for cryptocurrency mining or similar high-intensity computational operations
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or marketplaces.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranties on Yeyian hardware products are expressly disclaimed.


Counterfeit products are also excluded from this warranty. Counterfeit products are any products that Yeyian determines, at its sole discretion, were not manufactured by Yeyian or its authorized manufacturing partners. Counterfeit products may be reported for investigation and will not be returned.




Obsolete or Discontinued Products

If a product covered under warranty is obsolete or discontinued, Yeyian will attempt to replace the product with the same model, if it is available. If the original product is no longer available, Yeyian reserves the right to replace the obsolete or discontinued product with a product of similar function, performance, and value.

Standard PC Limited Warranty

Yeyian warrants that its Gaming PCs and included components are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period stated on the original invoice, beginning on the date of purchase. If a defect arises during this period, Yeyian will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective component using new or refurbished parts at no charge to you. Any parts replaced under this warranty become the property of Yeyian.

Any component repaired or replaced under this warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

This warranty does not cover services or repairs outside its scope. Any costs related to non-covered issues are the responsibility of the customer.

Eligibility

This warranty applies only to Yeyian products purchased from authorized Yeyian sales channels and is valid only within the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii).

Warranty service may not be available outside the original country of purchase. If a product is purchased for use or shipment outside that region, warranty coverage may be subject to additional terms, limitations, or fees.

The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase of the product, as indicated on the customer’s sales receipt or invoice.

You must retain your original proof of purchase to receive warranty service.




Exclusions to this warranty

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, overclocking, liquid exposure, power surges, the presence of insects that may damage or contaminate circuits or components, lack of maintenance (including excessive accumulation of dust or lint in components and fans), or use outside the intended purpose of the product

Damage resulting from the installation of third-party components or modifications not performed or authorized by Yeyian is not covered under this warranty. The original components remain covered unless damage is directly caused by such modifications.

Customers are responsible for properly packaging the product when shipping it for service. Yeyian is not responsible for damage incurred due to improper packaging or shipping by the customer.

Yeyian is not responsible for delays or failure to perform warranty service due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions.

Yeyian is committed to providing reliable products and responsive service, and this warranty is designed to clearly define the scope of coverage while ensuring a fair and efficient support experience.

Recommendation before starting the warranty process: We recommend contacting Yeyian Technical Support for troubleshooting assistance, as some issues may be resolved without service. For optimal performance and product longevity, regular preventive maintenance performed by an authorized Yeyian Service Center is also recommended (every 6 months). Please review applicable terms, costs, and conditions.




Repairs & Replacement Parts

If, during troubleshooting or repair, Yeyian determines that a component is defective and requires replacement, we will provide a replacement component.
Whenever possible, replacement components will be new. If new components are not available, refurbished components may be used, provided they are tested and fully functional.
Yeyian does not guarantee that replacement components will be of the same brand or model as the original part unless explicitly stated in the product specifications.




Data & Storage Disclaimer

In the course of warranty service, it may be necessary to replace, reformat, or repair storage devices. Such actions may result in the loss of data, software, or programs stored on the system. Yeyian is not responsible for the loss of data under any circumstances. Customers are solely responsible for backing up all data prior to sending a product in for service.

This Return Policy applies to new products and computer systems purchased directly from the us.yeyiangaming.com website and is offered to the original purchaser who has shipped to a domestic address within the United States (Excluding Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii).


If you purchased your product through an authorized reseller/retailer, such as BestBuy, Amazon, Walmart, etc., all return and refund requests must be handled through the original place of purchase. Please refer to the reseller’s website or policies for more information. The policy conditions regarding returns for repair are still applicable.

Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns require prior approval from Yeyian and the issuance of a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before any product is sent back.
Before issuing an RMA, Yeyian may verify eligibility for return or warranty coverage. You may be required to provide proof of purchase, order details, and product information (such as serial number) to support your request.
Yeyian warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the duration of the applicable warranty period.
Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Yeyian reserves the right to approve or deny any return request.
To request an RMA, you may be required to provide:

  • Name used on the original order
  • Shipping address
  • Phone number
  • Order ID or proof of purchase
  • Product details (such as serial number, if applicable)
  • A description of the issue or reason for return

RMA Validity & Warranty Eligibility

RMA numbers are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance. All approved returns must be shipped and received by Yeyian within this period.
Issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee that a product qualifies for warranty service. To be eligible, the product must be received within the applicable return or warranty period. Products received after the return or warranty expiration date may be treated as out-of-warranty and may be subject to repair or replacement fees at current rates.
If an RMA number expires, a new return request must be submitted and approved before returning the product.
Any return shipping labels provided by Yeyian must be used within their stated validity period (typically up to two weeks) and may not be reissued without reauthorization.


Return Period

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days from the invoice date
  • Requests submitted after this period are not eligible for refund or exchange

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be returned in good condition.
  • The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the shipping label.
  • The product must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. See Packaging Instructions.
  • Unless the product is defective or incorrect: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Yeyian reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.


Refunds, Fees & Product Condition

Refunds are processed based on the condition of the returned product and the reason for the return.

  • Unused / Resalable Products: If the product is unused and in resalable condition, a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee.
  • Used Products: If the product shows signs of use, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (both ways).
  • Buyer-Caused Damage: If the product is returned damaged due to misuse or improper handling, a $300 labor fee may apply. Additional charges may include the cost of damaged components, as well as applicable shipping and restocking fees.
  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect due to Yeyian, a replacement will be issued with no restocking fees.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product rather than receive a refund, please indicate this when submitting your RMA request. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time the return is received and inspected.

  • Exchanges follow the same eligibility and condition requirements as standard returns.
  • If the desired exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead, subject to the applicable fees above.
  • Exchanges for a different product (not a direct replacement) may require a price adjustment and are subject to approval.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranties on Yeyian hardware products are expressly disclaimed.


Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, Yeyian will process your refund as follows:

  • Inspection is completed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after inspection is complete.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

You will receive an email notification once your return has been inspected and your refund has been issued. If you have not received confirmation within 10 business days of Yeyian receiving your return, please contact [email protected].


Promotional Items and Discounts

If your purchase included a promotional discount, free item, or bundled offer, the value of that promotion may be deducted from your refund if the qualifying product is returned.

For example:

  • If a promotional item or bundled product is not returned, its value may be deducted from the refund
  • If a promotional code or benefit has already been redeemed, its value may be deducted accordingly
  • If your order included a free or discounted shipping promotion, Yeyian reserves the right to deduct the original shipping cost from your refund if the order is returned.

RMA Shipping & Preparation

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all returned products are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. We strongly recommend using the original packaging, including internal protective materials, or equivalent secure packaging.


Yeyian is not responsible for damage caused by improper or insufficient packaging during return shipment.

Inspection of Returns

PC Data & Product Responsibility

Before returning any product, you are responsible for:

  • Backing up all data stored on the device.
  • Removing any personal, confidential, or proprietary information.
  • Removing any external storage devices or accessories not originally included.

Yeyian is not responsible for:

  • Lost or corrupted data.
  • Personal or confidential information left on returned devices.
  • Lost or damaged removable media.

Additionally, any components or hardware not originally included with the product should be removed prior to return.


Shipping Your Return

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as you assume the risk of loss or damage during return transit.
To avoid delays, your RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package. Returns without a visible RMA number may be delayed or refused.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Warranty Coverage

RMA request

No merchandise returns will be accepted without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number provided by Yeyian US. The Buyer must provide proof of the purchase date, order ID or invoice number, reason for return, exchange or refund, and RMA number. At its sole discretion, Yeyian US may accept or reject the Buyer's claim for return, exchange, or damages.


No refunds, credit, or exchanges are allowed after 30 days from the invoice date on all PCs. All returned PCs must have the RMA number prominently displayed on the shipping label. All returned products must be securely packed and shipped to Yeyian US in an undamaged condition. Yeyian US reserves the right to refuse or reject returned merchandise for failure to comply with the conditions set forth herein.


If the PC is accepted and the products have not been used and are in resalable condition Yeyian US will provide a refund for new PCs, minus 10% of the purchase price; returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to the cost of shipping both ways if found in used condition. If the products are determined to be damaged/defective and found to be the fault of Yeyian US, will issue a full refund upon return. PCs received for refund that are found damaged due to the fault of the Buyer will be subject to a labor fee of $300, plus the cost of damaged parts and any applicable restocking and shipping fees.


Returns and direct refunds are only available for products purchased through the website of Yeyian US. The products sold through resellers of Yeyian US Must be returned to the place of purchase. Please refer to the websites of the resellers of Yeyian US to learn about their return policies.

Shipment Responsibility & Packaging Guidelines

The sender is fully responsible for ensuring that any computer system or component is properly packaged to prevent physical damage during transit. Yeyian Gaming strongly recommends using the original packaging materials, including the internal protective foam and shipping box. If original packaging is not available, a comparable, well-padded and secure box must be used.


Yeyian Gaming is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping due to insufficient or improper packaging.


If a returned product (system or component) arrives with physical damage, the following will be evaluated:


  • Whether the product was packaged with adequate protection to withstand shipping conditions.
  • Whether original packaging (including internal foam and protective materials) was used.
  • Whether the damage appears to have occurred during transit by the carrier.
  • Whether the shipment was arranged by the customer or using a Yeyian-provided shipping label.

Based on this evaluation, responsibility for the damage and any associated costs will be determined.

If the damage is found to be caused by inadequate packaging by the sender, the sender will be responsible for all related costs.

Customers may choose to resolve a shipping claim with the carrier before proceeding with any repair, replacement, or refund.

In such cases, you may:

  • Proceed with the process by covering the cost of the damage, or
  • Wait until the shipping claim is resolved

If no response or payment is received within 14 days of product receipt, the item will be returned in its current condition, and the RMA process will be closed.


Labeling

  • Write the RMA number clearly on at least two sides of the outer box.
  • Place a copy of your RMA approval email or order confirmation inside the package.
  • Remove or cover any old shipping labels from previous deliveries to avoid carrier misrouting.

Tip: Take photos of the packaged product before sealing the box. This documents the condition at the time of shipment and may be helpful in the event of a transit damage claim.


Packaging Instructions

In the event that you need to return a product to Yeyian for a return, repair, or replacement, it’s important to ensure that your item is properly packaged for a safe journey back to us.
Proper packaging is required to protect the product during return transit. Yeyian is not responsible for damage caused by improper or insufficient packaging.
To ensure your product arrives safely and to avoid delays, damage, or additional fees, please follow the packaging guidelines below.


General Requirements (All Products)

  • Use the original product packaging whenever possible, including all internal foam inserts, cable organizers, and protective wrapping.
  • If original packaging is not available, use a sturdy, corrugated cardboard box of a similar size.
  • Wrap the product in at least two layers of bubble wrap or foam padding. Pay special attention to corners and screen surfaces.
  • Fill any empty space in the box with packing peanuts, air pillows, or crumpled paper to prevent shifting during transit.
  • Do not use grocery bags, thin envelopes, or padded mailers for PC systems or large accessories.

Requirements for Desktop PCs

Whether you’re returning a system for repair, replacement, or refund, this guide will walk you through how to properly pack and ship your PC using our return packaging.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have all required materials ready:

  • Original box (recommended) or a sturdy replacement box.
  • Internal protective foam (or equivalent cushioning)
  • Expanding foam bags (if provided in your return kit)
  • Packing tape and shipping label.

Using proper protective materials is critical, as internal components—especially the GPU—are vulnerable during transit.


Step 1: Power Down & Prepare

  • Turn off your PC and unplug all cables
  • Remove external accessories (keyboard, mouse, etc.)
  • Place the PC on a stable surface

Step 2: Secure Internal Components

  • Remove the side panel of your PC.
  • Insert internal protective foam (or expanding foam if provided) to secure components like the graphics card.
  • Ensure the foam fills empty space and prevents movement.

Step 3: Prepare the Box

  • Assemble your shipping box and seal the bottom securely
  • Add a layer of cushioning material at the base

Step 4: Place the PC in the Box

  • Position the PC upright inside the box.
  • Ensure the glass side panel (if applicable) faces upward.
  • Center the PC and leave space on all sides for padding

Step 5: Add Protective Cushioning

  • Fill all empty space around the PC with foam or padding
  • If using expanding foam bags:
    • Activate the foam and place it around the PC
    • Allow it to expand and form around the system

Proper cushioning ensures the PC does not shift during transit


Step 6: Seal & Ship

  • Close and securely tape the box.
  • Apply the return shipping label clearly on the outside.
  • Ensure all seams are sealed before shipping.

Final Check

Before sending your system:

  • ✅ PC is powered off and unplugged
  • ✅ Internal components are secured
  • ✅ No empty space inside the box
  • ✅ Box is sealed and labeled properly

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as you assume the risk of loss or damage during return transit.

To avoid delays, your RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package. Returns without a visible RMA number may be delayed or refused.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned to Yeyian due to an incorrect address or failure to receive delivery, return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from the refund.
